Key duties will include: Diary, admin and email support for senior management Coordinating travel arrangements, events and year-end functions Processing ad-hoc payments, petty cash and fuel summaries Handling insurance claims, rebates and follow-ups Preparing paperwork, forms, documents and reports Working through bulk Excel files for management reporting Assisting with IT, office support and general problem-solving Supporting the CEO and family with personal admin where required Minimum requirements: Matric Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PA / Executive Assistant role Strong Excel and administration skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines Professional, flexible and reliable Willing to assist across departments when needed Drivers License This is a hands-on role for a confident, capable PA who enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
