Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive long-term relationships with businesses and customers. Proactively reach out to customer leads. Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines and schedules. Reporting on consumer needs, issues, interests, competitor activity, and opportunities for new products. Stay current on industry best practices and promotional trends to inform selling strategies. Actively seek and apply feedback for continuous sales performance improvement.
