Key Responsibilities Production: Assist with scheduling, monitor output, and resolve bottlenecks. Supervision: Lead staff, provide training, and manage discipline. Safety: Enforce safety policies, conduct audits, and investigate incidents. Quality: Maintain product standards and implement corrective actions. Maintenance: Coordinate machine upkeep to minimize downtime. Improvement: Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization.
