Front of House / Reservations Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Hospitality, Tourism, or Front Office qualification advantageous. Experience Previous hospitality, lodge, or front office experience advantageous. Experience with reservation systems and online booking platforms preferred. Computer literacy and reservation system knowledge. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Guide / Ranger Minimum Qualifications FGASA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification. Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit). Valid First Aid certification. Rifle competency and advanced rifle-handling certification. Experience Previous guiding or ranger experience preferred. Experience conducting bush walks, game drives, and guest hosting required. Skills Excellent guiding and communication skills. Wildlife and conservation knowledge.
