A leading organisation within the industrial and projects environment is seeking to appoint an experienced Specialist Commercial to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the commercial management of a portfolio of capital projects from development through to implementation, ensuring effective contract management, supplier performance, and commercial governance. Purpose of the Role The Specialist Commercial will be responsible for managing the commercial lifecycle of capital projects, including RFQ processes, negotiations, contract administration, change management, supplier performance management, and stakeholder engagement. The role also focuses on driving commercial excellence and ensuring project delivery aligns with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Contract Management Supplier & Stakeholder Management Project Commercial Oversight Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Law, or related qualification. Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience within a commercial, procurement, contracts, or capital projects environment. Previous experience managing RFQ processes and contracts. Strong understanding of capital projects and/or supply chain environments. Working knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or other mainstream contract forms will be advantageous.
