Overview We're looking for a detail-driven CRM Specialist to join a fast-paced digital team within the online gaming and betting space. This role sits at the heart of campaign execution. You'll take marketing briefs and turn them into live CRM campaigns across channels like email, SMS and push, ensuring everything runs smoothly from audience selection to deployment and tracking. Responsibilities Build and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and other owned channels Create and manage audience segments for targeted marketing activity Set up and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns Configure promotions, bonuses and campaign mechanics where required Conduct thorough QA checks before campaigns go live Work closely with marketing, development and testing teams to ensure campaigns run correctly Monitor campaign performance and flag issues quickly Assist with reporting and post-campaign checks to measure success Requirements 3-6 years' experience in CRM, email marketing or campaign operations Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of campaign deployment and audience segmentation Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Optimove or similar platforms is beneficial Exposure to sports betting, gaming or high-volume digital environments is a plus Additional information Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
