We value forward-thinking, diverse teams and ongoing growth. Responsibilities Provide compliance guidance from a Responsible Gambling process and deliver direction and assistance to allocated areas. Process all compliance-related inbound emails from customers and take the relevant action. Review self-exclusion removal requests and escalate to the relevant department as needed. Conduct CIP account reviews to determine whether intervention is required and decide the appropriate level of intervention. Be accountable for performing actions on accounts in accordance with Responsible Gambling guidelines. Review all compliance tasks conducted by the Contact Centre and assess whether the correct actions were taken. Inform the respective manager of higher-level interventions via email. Inform Key Account Managers of interventions on hosted accounts and conduct follow-up calls to customers who come in via the CSC, including situations involving self-harm risk statements. Qualifications and Skills Essential skills: Strong verbal and written communication, ability to convey complex ideas clearly, collaboration in cross-functional teams, multi-project management, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Desirable skills: Knowledge of sports betting markets, experience in online gaming or casino industries, understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations, familiarity with gambling regulations across jurisdictions, and experience in customer retention strategies.
