The successful candidate will ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining vehicle safety and supporting adhoc duties. Responsibilities Deliver orders via the most effective route within required time frames to meet customer expectations. Maintain constant communication with the company during deliveries to receive updated instructions. Accurately document deliveries, verify order accuracy, and report discrepancies. Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints in line with company policy, ensuring service excellence. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, fluids, lights, etc.) to ensure roadworthiness and safety. Maintain a safe driving record, adhering strictly to traffic and company safety rules. Perform occasional warehouse and counter support duties.
