Qualification Matric Relevant Design Qualification Requirements Candidate who is fluent in the following platforms Technical Toolkit (Required Proficiency) Design Suite Adobe Creative Suite CorelDRAW Shopify Facebook, Instagram TikTok and YouTube Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar mailing services) for template design and automation. Video Creation: Experience in Video Editing Software such as CapCut Design Fluency Operational Mindset Digital Savvy: Prior experience in the e-commerce or beauty space is highly required. Duties Visual Design: Create sharp, high-conversion assets for our Shopify storefront, marketing campaigns, and print media. Packaging & Labels: Technical design for product labels and packaging, ensuring brand consistency across different materials and textures (stone, wood, stucco). Content Creation: Produce, shoot, and edit bold video/photo content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that aligns with our raw, authentic aesthetic. Email Marketing: Design and deploy high-performance email flows and newsletters. Growth & Trends: Stay ahead of social trends, manage community engagement, and track performance data to optimize reach. Brand Support: Maintain our digital media bank Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with and manage creators to generate UGC & third-party Content Photoshoots & Product Launch Campaigns
