Debug and resolve issues reported by internal teams. Verify the accuracy of calculations across financial, inventory, sales, and payroll systems. Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Test system changes and updates before deployment, including regression testing. Document bugs, fixes, and system behaviour clearly. Work with stakeholders to understand and resolve system issues. Ensure data integrity across platforms. Assist with creating spec sheets and technical documentation for new features. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, triaging bugs, tasks, and feature requests while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and status.
