What you’ll do As our Banking Administrator, you’ll play a key part in delivering a world‑class corporate administrative function, getting hands‑on with managing bank account admin, corporate credit cards, banking products and relationships with financial institutions. Opening and closing bank accounts with both existing and new financial institutions for all applicable entities across the group. Opening and closing currency accounts with the group’s current financial institutions. Maintaining the complete bank account listing for the entire group. Maintaining and justifying the Restricted Cash listing on an ongoing basis. Maintaining accurate signatory listings across the group. Ensuring that all individuals’ online banking access and functionality are properly maintained across the group. Ensuring that all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are kept up to date with financial institutions. Ensuring full SOX and audit compliance relating to all bank accounts. Managing the group’s relationships with financial institutions. Completing the month‑end upload of relevant bank account documentation and SOX reviews. Maintaining a well‑organised filing system for all bank‑account‑related documentation. Exploring new financial products that may add value to the business. Ensuring that all bank accounts are active, properly recorded, and accurately reflected in the financial system. Ensuring that all relevant accounts are correctly mapped and available in all reporting tools. Communicating all newly opened or closed bank accounts to the appropriate stakeholders. Ensuring that all bank account changes are accurately recorded on the Treasury Management System (TMS). Managing relationships with external compliance and fiduciary institutions and assisting in resolving any related queries. Managing the corporate credit card process and ensuring full adherence to company policy. Participating in ad hoc projects as required. What you’ll bring You’re someone who brings: Tertiary qualification in banking, finance or admin. 3 years’ experience in a banking and treasury environment. Experience in administering online banking and treasury management tools. Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas. A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work. Desirable skills It would be great if you also have some of the following skills: Confidentiality and data security – trusted with sensitive personal data, always upholding banking privacy standards. Process ownership and accuracy – ability to manage end‑to‑end administrative workflows with speed, precision, and accountability.
