Responsibilities Edit and produce engaging short‑form video content for social media, including reels and other digital formats, ensuring content aligns with current campaigns and brand guidelines. Work closely with the Lead Designer, Strategist, and Copywriter to ensure video content supports overall brand direction and campaign messaging. Adapt and re‑purpose existing campaign creative into video‑first content for social media platforms, maintaining consistency in look, tone, and messaging. Assist with the basic layout and preparation of digital creative assets when required, particularly for social media and other digital platforms. Maintain clear folder structures and organized project files for video editing workflows, keeping assets safe and links intact. Implement feedback efficiently, demonstrating the ability to apply constructive criticism and refine work accordingly. Support the creative team with basic motion graphics, titles, and simple animations for video content. Opportunity to attend photo or video shoots as experience grows. Apply phone video shooting skills, whether handheld or with a gimbal/stand, to create on‑camera content. Requirements and Qualifications Maximum of three years of experience; little or no prior experience acceptable. Relevant degree or diploma qualification in Multimedia Design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and skilled in After Effects and Premiere Pro. Understanding of sound design, video timing/pace, and animation rules. Good knowledge and passion for e‑comms and social media design. Proficient in MS Office. Fast, efficient, and detailed oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.
