Compilation and management of overall project budgets. Strong understanding and application of JBCC contracts. Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Cost and budget control throughout all project phases. Measuring, assessing, and negotiating final accounts with principal contractors and subcontractors. Contract administration and overall cost management. Experience on commercial, mixed-use, and public sector projects.
