THE ROLE As our Applications Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our business applications – keeping them reliable, secure, compliant and user‑friendly so our teams can focus on changing lives. You’ll: Keep business applications running smoothly and securely Jump in fast to resolve issues and minimise downtime Manage user access (onboarding, offboarding & permissions) Support audits, upgrades and continuous improvements Work closely with users, tech teams and vendors Help deliver a seamless, frustration-free app experience Basically: if it’s an app – you make it better. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU Have 3–5 years’ experience supporting enterprise or cloud-based applications Know your way around deployments, updates, maintenance & troubleshooting Are comfortable with user lifecycle management and access controls Understand DevOps principles and application lifecycle management Are Excel-confident (intermediate level) Love solving problems, moving fast and taking ownership A qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field?
