Key Responsibilities: MCC Design: Develop and review detailed MCC layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and protection relay coordination. Compliance & Safety: To ensure that electrical designs strictly adhere to relevant mining acts, electrical codes, and statutory regulations. Equipment Sizing & selection: Calculation of electrical loads and performance Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng) . PrEng OR ECSA Candidate is preferred Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical design experience within EPCM space, the mining or heavy industrial sector. Well versed in design and draughting software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or MicroStation) and electrical calculation software . Deep understanding of IEC, IEEE, or local mining electrical standards. Successful candidate to be versatile and must have experience on international electrical and instrumentation specification and standards (EC&I )
