MAIN DUTIES Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to track operational performance and project delivery. Generate weekly and monthly reporting packs, including summaries, commentary, and action‑oriented notes for leadership and stakeholders. Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, throughput measures, backlog metrics, and operational efficiency indicators. Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, standardised, and aligned to business priorities. Operational Support & Execution Support Operations in coordinating and tracking key initiatives, ensuring tasks, actions, and deliverables are logged and followed through. Maintain project trackers (e.g., task boards, issue logs, action registers) and ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and updates. Prepare operational updates and decision‑support summaries from dashboard insights and day‑to‑day execution status. Assist in identifying operational gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points, and propose corrective actions. Analysis & Recommendations Analyse operational and project data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers. Convert analysis into practical recommendations and “next‑step” actions for relevant teams. Support root cause analysis for recurring issues (e.g., delays, process errors, data inconsistencies). Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting logic for new metrics. Data Quality & Collaboration with IT / Automation Work closely with IT and Automation teams to improve data capture, data integrity, and reporting automation. Help define reporting data sources, transformations, and standard definitions (single source of truth). Raise requirements for automation of reporting workflows (e.g., scheduled refreshes, automated exports, KPI alerts, data pipelines). Support documentation of metrics, dashboard definitions, and reporting processes. Others Perform any other task as directed by the Head of Operations and/or Head of Technology, aligned to reporting, analysis, and operational performance improvement. EDUCATION & TRAINING Ideally educated to degree level in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or demonstrable relevant experience. Power BI training/certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience) will be considered an advantage. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Must‑Have Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and operational reports. Strong ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly (written and verbal). Experience producing structured weekly/monthly reporting packs with commentary and actions. Comfortable working with operational teams to understand processes and translate them into metrics and reports. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and meet deadlines. High attention to detail; process‑driven and quality‑focused. Strong stakeholder management: ability to engage both technical (IT/Automation) and non‑technical (Ops) teams.
