Manage and control the movement of all product inventory (including carcasses/boxes) and dry goods/consumables in line with company proceduresEnsure accurate labelling, proper stock positioning, and coordinate all stock intake documentation with the creditors departmentConduct weekly stock takes, post stock batches, and perform weekly/monthly reconciliations while investigating and resolving discrepanciesCompile weekly/monthly reports on inventory movements and variances, identifying trends and providing finance support to the Plant Manager and Analyst teamSupervise stock take teams and foster a positive, high-performing work environment through effective people management Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 5 years inventory control experience will be advantageousMinimum 1 - 2 years supervisory experience will be advantageousStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood English reading and writing skillsProficient in basic computer applicationsSolid understanding of yield and production processesQualification: BCom degree in Finance is non-negotiableFor more information connect with us on
