Partner – ESG and Sustainability Services (Director Level), South Africa Interested in building a career with Africa's leading ESG and sustainability consultancy? As part of our growth and innovation, Richflood Ltd is seeking an experienced ESG leader to join as a Partner in South Africa. The Partner will be responsible for business development, talent sourcing, and delivering professional services to investors or prospective investors in Africa. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the sustainability agenda for real sector investments in Africa for existing and new clients. Develop and manage relationships across the business spectrum for leading organizations investing in Africa by establishing a database and engagement strategies. Develop and guide programs, build marketing visions and strategies, and enhance the Richflood Ltd brand and reputation. Collaborate with partners and set up project teams to sustain growth, and foster strategic alliances and partnerships. Achieve business financial targets, manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure client satisfaction. Generate sales, lead business units, and develop growth strategies for the continent. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Provide financial and legal guidance, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: MS/Ph.D. in Environmental Management, Environmental Sustainability, or related field. Knowledge of ESG and investment sustainability requirements of AFC, IFC, World Bank, AfDB, Afrexim, Chinese lending banks, and other African development partners. Excellent writing, management, leadership, and innovative skills. Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, conveying complex technical information clearly. Experience: Minimum of 15 years managing or providing sustainability consultancy services in ESG, corporate sustainability advisory, or climate change. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel within African countries.
