Key Performance Areas Manage and Oversee Payroll duties including accurate and timeous processing of payroll including normal and overtime pay for all employeesManage and review all payroll-related functions submitted by the HR AdministratorsIdentify and correct all occupational info, leave balance and engagement and or termination errors before final processing of payrollPrepare and submit the Annual Employment Equity report to the Department of Employment and LabourEnsure the Companyâs adherence to the Skills Development Act including constituting the Skills Development Committee (SDC)Assist in preparation for internal and external audits relating to BBB-EE, Employment Equity Act and Skills Development ActRequirements Post-matric HR tertiary qualification. A Bachelorâs degree will be an added advantageComputer literacy including payroll systems and processes, preferably Buildsmart, Fusion and Microsoft OfficeProficiency in IsiZulu both written and spoken will be an added advantageExperience At least 10-yearsâ experience in HR with at least 5-years in a supervisory or managerial levelGood knowledge and applied understanding of the South African Labour Legislation and the Bargaining Council for the Civil Engineering Industry (BCCEI).
