Safari JOBS is seeking a highly accurate, deadline‑driven Academic Administrator for a regulated academic training environment where precision, compliance and audit‑ready records are essential. This is not a general administrative support role; it focuses on compliance and record‑keeping across student registrations, learner records, results, moderation files, QMS processes and audit documentation. Key Responsibilities Register students with the appropriate regulatory and training bodies within required deadlines. Capture, verify, secure, analyze and report on student data across the learner lifecycle. Maintain accurate student records, learner files and LMS information. Verify student data against source documents and flag incomplete or incorrect information. Capture results accurately and cross‑check entries before publication. Maintain moderation files, academic records and audit‑ready documentation. Support QMS adherence, document control, records management and non‑conformance tracking. Assist with audit preparation and ensure required records are complete, current and accessible. Prepare and distribute student training packs before course start. Coordinate the collection and routing of student feedback. Prepare monthly student data and compliance‑related reports. Assist with LMS updates, student support, course content uploads and data integrity checks. Monitor regulatory communications and flag relevant changes or deadlines. Coordinate with the Training Manager, outsourced Academic Manager, trainers, camp coordinators and placements functions where required. Key Qualifications Clear criminal record. Excellent employment track record – references will be verified. Excellent English fluency and written communication skills. High level of computer literacy and accuracy in data capture, verification and record keeping. Strong administrative ability with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work with student information, learner records and academic documentation. Ability to work with LMS (learner management systems) and regulatory submission platforms. Understanding of or ability to work within QMS (quality management systems) processes and documented procedures. Ability to handle confidential student data responsibly and securely. Ability to coordinate with internal team members and external academic and compliance support partners. Ability to manage deadlines linked to registrations, results, reporting, moderation files and audit preparation. High attention to detail, accuracy, deadline discipline and calm, focused approach to detailed work. Strong record‑keeping, systems literacy, regulatory awareness, QMS discipline, data literacy, communication discipline and confidentiality.
