Duties: Welcoming guests, understanding event needs, and conducting site inspections.Preparing function sheets, coordinating room layouts, and ensuring AV/multimedia equipment is set up.Leading waitrons, bartenders, and casual staff to ensure 5-star service standards.Managing booking systems, monitoring budgets, and processing billing documentation.Ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards and company policies. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12)Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredAt least 14 years in banquet, events, or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations within the hospitality industry.Proficiency in MS Office and ApexWell-organized with strong administrative & numeracy skills.Excellent customer relations and communication skills.Demonstrate strong attention to detail.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.Pleasant disposition.Able to communicate with managers on all levels.Able to maintain set standards.Must be willing to participate in various bridal shows, conferences and functions as needed.Willing to work long hours if required.Able to compile management reports.Able to work under pressure.Own transport and drivers license.
