Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for luxury residential projectsConduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawingsManage project budgets, cash flows, and cost reportingEvaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsPrepare and administer contracts and payment certificatesMonitor project variations and cost implicationsConduct site visits and liaise with architects, contractors, and clientsEnsure projects remain within budget while maintaining premium quality standardsAssist with procurement planning and value engineeringMinimum Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field38 years experience in quantity surveying or cost estimationProven experience on high-end or luxury residential projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricingProficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS softwareExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsValid drivers license and willingness to travel within the Boland areaPreferred Experience Experience working with bespoke homes, wine estates, or luxury developmentsFamiliarity with JBCC contractsStrong understanding of South African construction regulations and costing standard
