Purpose of the role The Marketing Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the execution and optimisation of digital content across all Superbalist platforms to ensure the right products are surfaced at the right time. The role balances creativity with data, working closely with multiple teams to support daily publishing and long-term content strategy. This individual is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating curated digital experiences that convert. Responsibilities Oversee daily content management of landing pages across all devices. Ensure pages are accurately curated in line with briefs and business objectives. Collaborate with the Content Manager to compile briefs and build seasonal content plans. Work closely with Retail and Fashion teams to align product selection with commercial goals. Analyse homepage and departmental content performance, delivering weekly reports and performance insights. Implement reactive content changes based on trade and data trends. Collaborate with UX teams to innovate CMS functionality and enhance the customer journey. Support the content calendar through trend research and product merchandising input. Work with Social, Blog, CRM, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive, product-driven content. Conduct seasonal competitor reviews to identify new merchandising tactics. Ensure accurate and timely product surfacing across all publishing platforms. Min Requirements Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Fashion Merchandising, Ecommerce, or a related field 2–3 years experience in digital content, visual merchandising, or ecommerce. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience working cross-functionally in a creative or retail/ecommerce environment. Exceptional attention to detail and content accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment. Organised and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges. Skills, knowledge & abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital merchandising principles. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights. Passion for trends, retail, and understanding cultural moments. Collaborative and confident across departments and platforms. Comfortable testing new content strategies and learning from results.
