We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to grow our on‑site sales and marketing operations across our property developments. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who understands marketing, can build high‑performing sales teams, and knows how to turn marketing strategy into signed deals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Strategy Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for property developments. Drive lead generation, conversion, and sales performance timeously. Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximise sales. Operational & Team Leadership Train new employees and graduates according to the company standards. Support, mentor and train new and existing staff to perform at their optimal best. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for sales, lead management, compliance and reporting. Assist fellow colleagues in sales techniques and skill transfer. Systems & Process Improvement Ensure that sales systems (CRM, reporting, lead management and workflows) are used correctly and updated regularly. Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve systems, processes and on‑site performance. Previous experience in sales is an advantage – it does not have to be in property. Proven track record of driving sales and managing high‑performing teams. Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines – advantageous.
