Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain Develop and optimise process flows, layouts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes Utilise data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and track performance improvements Requirements BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering or related field (Degree preferred, BTech only with suitable seniority and expertise) Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably within FMCG, food production, or manufacturing Proven experience in a project-based or project implementation roleStrong understanding of process optimisation, production systems, and operational workflows Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Key Attributes Hands-on, practical, and solutions-orientated Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams Highly organised with strong project coordination skills Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
