Santam Broker Solutions Digital Support Hub has a position available for Digital Support Consultant who will be based at Hill On Empire Parktown. What will you do? The Digital Support consultant provides digital support to operations and Intermediary environments. The role also requires the testing, coaching and optimizing of new or existing systems and processes within operations. What will make you successful in this role? Qualifications and Experience Grade 12; Proficient with MS Office (advanced); Short – term insurance industry experience ( 2 Years); Knowledge & understanding of Santam systems (Policy Center, Avaya, CRM etc,); Previous experience in a Call Centre and/or Service Desk environment. Skills Business support: Technical and navigational support to all business stakeholders; Provide coaching to the relevant stakeholders on changes relating to the system supporting of stakeholders with change management; Meeting customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction; Well organised (Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work).The ability to impart written and verbal knowledge and remain client focus; Check usability of the systems; Report and log all issues; Awareness around the implementation of technology with the business.
