Introduction We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Office Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the office and wider business operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of responsibilities, from managing contracts and coordinating meetings to ordering supplies, assisting with admin, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll become a key support person within the business and someone the team can rely on to take ownership and get things done. What You\'ll Be Doing: Managing diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Preparing contracts, onboarding documents, and general correspondence Handling calls, emails, scheduling, and day-to-day communication Supporting office operations, suppliers, deliveries, and procurement Ordering office supplies, groceries, and handling ad hoc requests Assisting with HR/admin tasks and internal coordination Using systems, tools, and technology to keep operations organised and efficient Acting as the reliable “go-to” person who keeps things running smoothly What We\'re Looking For: 1-3 years’ experience in an operations, coordination, administration, PA, executive assistant, or support role Highly organised with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly Adaptable and able to switch between different types of tasks with ease A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette Someone dependable, resourceful, and comfortable handling responsibility with discretion Interested?
