Job Requirements Proven experience as a Guide within a safari lodge environment. Recognised guiding qualification (FGASA or equivalent) essential. Previous exposure to Manager or 2IC Lodge responsibilities advantageous. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest experience delivery. Ability to support daily lodge operations, staff supervision, and administration. Valid driver’s licence with PDP and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction, conservation, and service excellence. High level of safety awareness in both guiding and lodge duties. Physically fit and adaptable to remote bush conditions.
