What you will be doing: Own the operational health and production stability of AI products. Monitor, support, and troubleshoot production issues. Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution. Coordinate releases, hotfixes, and post-deployment support activities. Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain operational runbooks and support documentation. Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Technology, and Business teams. Act as an operational owner within a specific business or technology stream. What we are looking for: Relevant Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field. 3+ years' experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Operations, Service Delivery, or a similar role. Experience in taking ownership and drive issues through to resolution. Experienced in GCP and Gemini (essential) Experience supporting business-critical applications in a production environment. Exposure to incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Advantageous: Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Kibana, Datadog, or similar. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of ITIL and SRE principles.
