Youll join a professional and fast-paced finance team responsible for overseeing the financial management of a diverse property portfolio. This role is suited to a hands-on Financial Manager with strong reporting experience, commercial insight, and the ability to partner closely with operational stakeholders in driving business performance.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function across the property portfolio Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes Prepare and review annual financial statements (AFS) Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls Partner with operational teams to support portfolio performance and profitability Job Experience & Skills Required: Strong financial reporting and management experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple portfolios and strict reporting deadlines Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially minded with high attention to detail BCom Degree in Accounting (essential) Completed articles advantageous 5+ years experience within a financial management role Property, real estate, or REIT industry experience advantageous Apply now!For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
