About the Role Location: Stellenbosch - Cape Town Reporting to: Branch Director. Role Overview: The Commercial Real Estate Broker is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial property transactions across office and industrial sectors. The role operates within a highly competitive, open‑mandate environment where multiple brokerages have access to the same stock. Success is driven by execution, client acquisition, deal‑making ability, and consistent pipeline development rather than access to exclusive listings. The broker is expected to operate at a high‑performance level, taking ownership of both tenant and landlord relationships, while actively driving revenue through leasing and sales transactions. Key Responsibilities Source new tenants, buyers, and landlords through proactive outreach Build and manage a consistent, active deal pipeline Identify suitable properties and match them to client requirements Structure and negotiate lease and sale transactions Manage deals end‑to‑end through to conclusion Provide clients with accurate market insights and rental benchmarks Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and decision‑makers Requirements Commercial real estate experience advantageous but not essential Open to candidates with strong sales or business development backgrounds Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong business development and prospecting ability High level of self‑discipline and consistency Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and structure deals Ability to operate in a performance‑driven, commission‑only environment Highly driven and results‑oriented Competitive and resilient Takes full ownership of pipeline and performance Comfortable working independently without reliance on leads #J-18808-Ljbffr
