About the Role As a Sales Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients making enquiries via phone or email. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and will be responsible for accurately capturing client information, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant internal team members for further follow-up. Responsibilities Handle incoming client enquiries through phone, email, and the company website. Develop a solid understanding of the organisation’s services and communicate their value clearly to potential clients. Accurately record client details and interaction notes into the CRM system. Assist existing clients with follow-up queries or additional service requests. Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement. Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently. Required Skills Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Personable, patient, and client-focused demeanour. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
