Enko Education is seeking its future Business Technology Senior Manager to lead our Business Efficiency team across 11 African countries. Directly reporting to the Group CFO, you will head the Business Efficiency function. Your mission is to turn technology into a powerful engine of performance, ensuring that every decision made by our leadership is backed by flawless, real-time data. With 8 to 12 years of experience - ideally in SI/Management consulting or a multi-site scale-up - you have mastered the art of making SaaS ecosystems "talk" to each other while leading teams toward operational excellence. About the Role Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Architecture: Define and lead the 3-year technology roadmap, harmonizing our existing tools (EDUKA, XERO, Toddle) to create a coherent, scalable ecosystem. Team Leadership: Lead and grow the Business Efficiency team, setting clear OKRs and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Data for Decision-Making: Design and deploy BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI) to provide the ExCo with surgical precision on key metrics (Revenue, Retention, Academics). Stakeholder Influence: Drive change across the group by using influence management to align local school teams and central functions with new digital standards, regardless of direct reporting lines. Project & Partner Management: Select and lead external providers with a high standard for ROI and delivery quality. Efficiency Booster: Identify "heavy" manual processes and propose agile automation solutions to free up time for our school teams. Your profile in 5 points: Proven Expertise: Solid experience in SI and Data, with advanced mastery of BI tools and SaaS architectures. Operational Agility: The ability to shift instantly from "helicopter-view" strategic thinking to "hands-on" field execution. Methodological Rigor: A natural ability to structure complex projects, manage budgets, and set OKRs with total autonomy. Full Bilingualism: Proficiency in French and English is mandatory to navigate and influence in our multi-country environment. Contract, Location, and Eligibility Contract: Full-time, Permanent (CDI). Location: This position is based on the African continent, preferably in one of our 11 countries of operation.
