Key Responsibilities Develop and implement fundraising and revenue growth strategies Secure and manage donor, sponsor, and corporate partnerships Build and maintain relationships with corporates, NGOs, and government stakeholders Lead brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and communications Manage social media, digital campaigns, and online engagement Coordinate fundraising events and stakeholder activations Prepare proposals, presentations, donor reports, and impact communications Ensure consistent brand messaging and strong market visibility Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven fundraising experience within NGO/NPC/foundation environments Strong background in partnerships, marketing, branding, and stakeholder management Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-building abilities Valid drivers license and own transport advantageous Personal Attributes Resilient, proactive, and adaptable High ethical standards and professionalism Strong alignment with purpose-driven and community-focused work Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
