Programme Overview Daimler Truck Southern Africa Ltd has partnered with Government on the Youth Employment Services (YES) programme to provide unemployed youth with an opportunity to gain workplace experience for a period of 12 months. We are proud to be a part of this initiative that plays a role in supporting the youth of South Africa. Unemployed youth between the ages of 18–29 years old Grade 12 / Matric (Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage) Strong aspiration to pursue a career as a Commercial Vehicles Sales Executive Good communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding sales environment Clear Criminal record Must speak English Candidates must strictly not have participated in any YES4Youth programme before No work experience is required Preference to be afforded to applicants with the following: Drive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused Confident and eager to engage with people Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic Interested in building a career within the commercial vehicle sector Other important Information: Foreign nationals must qualify for a work visa/permit as per the provisions of the Immigration Act 13, 2002.
