Introduction Experienced counselling and wellness professional with expertise in Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), clinical case management, crisis response, helpline operations, and corporate wellness programme delivery within high-performance corporate environments. Experience supporting large corporate and financial services environments with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, clinical excellence, and integrated wellness delivery. Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Provision of in-person and teletherapy counselling services to employees and dependants within corporate client organisations Delivery of clinical counselling sessions while supporting utilisation and awareness of EAP services across client organisations Management of a 24-hour telephonic clinical helpline, including client assessment, emotional containment, crisis support, and referral management Oversight and coordination of intake processes and clinical workflow management from referral through to reporting First-line response to critical incidents and psychological emergencies, including after-hours support Clinical case management of high-risk and complex employee wellbeing cases in partnership with clinical leadership teams Support with recruitment, onboarding, assessment, and development of national associate therapist networks Quality assurance and optimisation of internal clinical service delivery processes Consultation to HR, Employee Relations, and management teams regarding workplace mental health and employee wellbeing matters Interpretation of clinical data and contribution to bi-annual and annual client reporting Development and delivery of client presentations, psychoeducational initiatives, and wellness engagement programmes Coordination and management of psychoeducational programmes, including presenter sourcing, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, technical hosting, and learning alignment Research and development of digital wellness initiatives, including mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and personal development programmes Research into national and international wellness trends to support innovation and enhancement of wellness offerings Coordination of DBT maintenance groups and ongoing therapeutic support initiatives Planning and coordination of wellness promotions, wellness events, and national wellness days for corporate clients Support with Continuous Professional Development (CPD) coordination and professional engagement initiatives for associate networks Contribution to organisational operations, project development, and strategic wellness initiatives Desired Experience & Qualification SKILLS / COMPETENCIES : Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) Counselling & Psychotherapy Crisis Intervention & Helpline Management Clinical Case Management Corporate Wellness Strategy Stakeholder Engagement Psychoeducation & Facilitation Clinical Workflow Management Associate Network Coordination Wellness Programme Development Data Interpretation & Reporting Digital Wellness Solutions Event & Programme Coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
