Responsibilities Perform preventative, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance repairs on all demolition equipment. Carry out final inspections on equipment. Conduct hydraulic repairs. Maintain instrumentation. Manage repair costs per machine according to annual budgets. Respond to all equipment breakdowns as first-line maintenance and fault finding. Ensure all equipment is utilized optimally and handled with care. Assist the Operational Manager by reserving labour and ensuring all equipment is available in good working condition for rapid deployment of teams. Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
