The company operates a proprietary platform to provide billboard and retail screen campaigns with flexible packages and reliable reporting for property owners, SMEs, and national brands. The Role: Business Development Manager The purpose of this role is to drive new business, grow monthly recurring revenue, and convert qualified opportunities into subscriptions and longer-term client relationships. This role owns the commercial front end of the business by building pipeline momentum and increasing lead velocity through disciplined prospecting and proposal conversion. It involves managing the transition of signed deals into operations to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Utilize 37 years of experience in sales, business development, or media and advertising sales. Generate and qualify new leads across SMEs, retailers, service businesses, and agencies. Sell subscriptions, campaign packages, and top-up products while presenting the value of digital and retail media offerings. Build and manage pipeline activity and accuracy through CRM. Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and commercial recommendations to drive conversions. Enforce clean commercial handovers into operations and support renewals or upsells. About You 37 years of experience in sales, business development, or media and advertising sales. Strong track record of closing new business. Own transport and a valid drivers licence. Strong commercial instinct and confidence in prospecting and pitching. Comfortable with proposals, pricing, and objection handling. Energetic, target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated. Strong communicator confident in face-to-face, phone, WhatsApp, and email selling. Experience in recurring revenue, subscriptions, or outdoor advertising is advantageous.
