Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Develop wireframes, prototypes, and task flows based on user needs Design intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces and workflows Collaborate with developers and designers to implement effective design solutions Create user personas and define interaction models Analyse user behaviour and gather feedback to improve digital products Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Relevant degree (BCom Informatics, BSc, Engineering, or similar) Experience: 5–7 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proven track record with a strong portfolio of UX/UI projects Experience in user research, testing, and project environments Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous Additional Requirements: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to translate business requirements into user‑focused designs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and creative thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
