Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective changeResponsibilities:Administer a portfolio of trusts in line with the trust deed and applicable legislationMaintain statutory records, including: Trust deeds and amendments, Letters of authority, Trustee resolutions, Beneficiary registersPrepare trustee meeting packs and minutes.Ensure proper execution of trustee decisions and resolutions.Compliance with trust instrumentCultivate and manage relationships with co-trustees and beneficiaries.Analyse and interpret financial statements advantageousCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including accountants, tax advisors, investments advisors, etcCompliance and monitoring of regulatory and legislative requirements associated with TrustsTimely completion of regulatory and tax submissionsAccurate processing of distributions and paymentsEffective trustee support and governance documentationKnowledge of trust law, associated legi and ensure fslation and fiduciary principlesUnderstanding of tax (income tax, CGT, donations tax in SA context)Financial literacy (basic accounting and investments)Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, andappropriate solutions.Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Law, Finance, Financial Planning)3+ years’ experience in trust administration, financial planning or fiduciary servicesProfessional qualifications advantageous (FISA; CFP; etc)You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are:An experienced administratorHave good organizational skillsHave good accounting skillsProvide fantastic client serviceAdaptable and curiousAble to analyse complex data setsThrive in collaborativeAre you interested to take the step?
