Key Requirements: Minimum of 13 years experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a fine-dining environment. Preferably experienced in working with the Pilot POS system. Strong leadership presence and ability to manage front-of-house operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-presented, professional, and service-driven.
