REQUIREMENT:- RSA ID and legal residence essential- Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance- Strong mechanical knowledge of 4x4 vehicles and diesel engines- Experience working in a lodge or remote environment advantageous- Ability to manage vehicle servicing schedules and repairs- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills- Valid Drivers License essential- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectivelyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee and manage the entire lodge vehicle fleet- Ensure all vehicles are serviced, maintained, and roadworthy- Manage vehicle inspections, service schedules, and breakdowns- Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and maintenance reports- Coordinate repairs and liaise with external service providers when required- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lodge procedures- Monitor fuel usage and control fleet-related costs- Support guiding and operations teams with vehicle readiness- Assist with general maintenance duties when requiredPACKAGE:- R20 000 Neg (DOE)- Live-in accommodation providedLOCATION: Pilanesberg, North West .
