Employer Description Established residential property developer Job Description Reporting to the General Foreman, the Foreman will be: Supervising daily site operations and coordinating construction activities Managing labour teams, subcontractors, and ensuring productivity targets are met Monitoring health and safety compliance on site and enforcing safety procedures Reading and interpreting construction drawings and ensuring work is completed according to specifications Reporting project progress, site issues, and material requirements to management Qualifications Relevant building qualification Skills Minimum of 35 years experience working as a Construction Foreman within the construction industry Proven track record in supervising both commercial and residential building projects Strong leadership abilities with experience managing site teams and daily operations Capable of coordinating project schedules while maintaining quality and productivity standards Sound knowledge of construction drawings, site procedures, and health and safety regulations
