The Office Administrator performs administrative and clerical support work to ensure that S.MAB Nursing Agency's Cape Town branch operates efficiently and professionally. The role supports the Branch Manager and Bookings Office regarding client and locum communications, data administration, documentation and filing of records including general office logistics coordination. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration / Office Practice / Business Administration Matric / Grade 12 Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin or office support, data capturing (experience in a healthcare staffing environment advantageous) Experience within a hospital, clinic or medical practice is advantageous and may increase your remuneration Diligent with high level of integrity and self-discipline Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) CV, copies of certificates & ID must be submitted.
