Minimum requirements: Red Seal Trade Qualification (Machinist / Toolmaker or related technical trade) Minimum 10+ years post trade-test experience Proven progression into senior leadership roles (e.g. Senior Facilitator, Head of Department, Operations Manager) Experience within a TVET College, OEM Technical Academy, or accredited private training provider Strong knowledge of QCTO and/or MERSETA training frameworks and compliance requirements Demonstrated experience managing technical training delivery and operations Previous exposure to staff management and team leadership Solid understanding of training centre operations, scheduling, and quality assurance processes Strong business acumen with exposure to budgeting and operational performance management (P&L advantageous) Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Consultant: Adrie Jonker - Dante Personnel East Rand
