My client operates in the agricultural technology and export space, supporting fresh produce supply chains through a commercial software platform. This role forms part of a growing operations team focused on optimizing export processes, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence.As a Commercial Export Operations Account Manager, youll manage exporter, grower, and buyer relationships while ensuring efficient trade execution through the platform. Youll work closely with commercial, product, and operations teams, contributing directly to client success and product improvement.Key responsibilities include: Managing and growing relationships with export, grower, and buyer clientsSupporting and optimizing export operations and logistics processesOnboarding new clients and guiding them through platform implementationGrowing feature adoption to unlock additional value and revenueConducting market and commodity research across global regionsSupporting trade execution and operational workflows on the platformContributing to sales strategies, upselling, and pipeline growthDelivering client presentations and live product demonstrationsActing as a liaison between clients and internal product teamsAnalyzing operational data to support decision‑making and improvementsThis is a hands‑on role with visibility across operations, clients, and product evolution.Skills & Experience :Minimum 23 years experience in export, logistics, fresh produce, or perishable goods environmentsExperience in account management, operations, planning, or logistics rolesStrong client‑facing communication and relationship‑management skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesStrong problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skillsComfortable working under pressure and outside standard office hoursIntermediate to advanced data skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsValid drivers license (travel required)Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Connect with us on
