This isnt your typical "sit quietly and process invoices" kind of role. Our client operates in the fast-moving IT sector, where projects move quickly, customer relationships matter and accurate revenue tracking is critical to the business. Theyre looking for someone who can own the flow of revenue from start to finish - billing, collections, reconciliations, customer follow-ups and reporting - while building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. Youll sit at the intersection of finance and customer operations, making sure that revenue is recognised correctly, accounts stay healthy and the business keeps moving forward.Key Responsibilities: Manage revenue processing, billing and customer account monitoring Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain strong collections performance Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies quickly Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders regarding account queries Support month-end revenue reporting and cash flow tracking Monitor ageing reports and identify potential revenue risks early Assist with improving billing processes and financial controls Maintain accurate records and reporting across customer accounts Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles preferred Experience in revenue management, debtors, accounts receivable or credit control Strong customer and client liaison experience Advanced MS Excel skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes Commercially minded with strong communication skills If you enjoy the chase of collections, the satisfaction of balanced accounts and the challenge of keeping revenue flowing in a fast-paced tech environment, this role could be your next smart move!
