Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Percussion Drilling Operational Manager, with the primary location in Secunda and some flexibility for working from home. The Operational Manager will oversee day‑to‑day percussion drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include team management, resource allocation, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, liaising with clients, and driving continuous improvements in operational processes. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and lead the team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
