Key Responsibilities: Perform group consolidations and ensure accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and franchise operations. Prepare and review monthly management accounts for group entities and branches. Manage group, franchise, and entity reporting processes while ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements, including reconciliations and reporting deadlines. Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial information. Assist with annual financial statement preparation and audit support. Analyse financial performance and provide insights on variances and reporting trends. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, and internal controls. Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve reporting efficiencies and financial processes. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and group finance projects. Qualifications & Experience: BCom Accounting or equivalent finance qualification is essential. CA(SA) qualification is highly preferred. Minimum of 1 year post-articles experience required. Previous exposure to group reporting, consolidations, or multi-entity environments is advantageous. Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting capability. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
