You will gain meaningful exposure to relationship‑management roles, including Interaction with Relationship Managers and Young Professionals, while developing a deep understanding of client needs. Through a structured, rotational learning journey you will experience relationship banking within a leading financial services organisation. Key Responsibilities Rotational Exposure – Rotate through different departments to gain experience of various functions. Rotations are conducted in person and include immersive, face‑to‑face experiences under the supervision of Coaches. Learning & Development – Support in‑person work immersion by completing relevant training. Training will be offered through online modules, in‑person meetings, and classroom sessions. Qualifications Business‑related postgraduate qualification (e.g., BCom) recently completed or completing by 2026. Must be a South African citizen.
